Depending on the situation I'd use the phrasing "delayed" or "delayed indefinitely".
And as @lol56lol already suggested, adding the 'cause' would help others to get a better idea of what to expect in the future. Not only concerning "lolipop simulater" but also when it come to your potential future works.
Also: Isn't your "Boom"* submission "lolipop simulater"?
you bring up a very valid response the reason is i have been not very intrested into making games or turbowarp at all i just simply not intrested into lolipop simulater anymore

i cant code so turbowarp and scratch are my best engines in my opinoin
@penquinkitten12 Sounds like a good enough reason to me. :) After all: You are doing this for fun, so you should make the games you like.
(And 're-doing' the same code you have already done in another developing environment 'is' incredibly boring...)
